Your account

You need an account to commission artwork, buy, or use the AI visualiser. Sign in with Apple, Google, X or your email, and keep your details accurate. Every new account is a customer account; artist and team access is granted only by us.

Custom artwork

A custom request describes your idea. Our team may send proposals and a quotation; work starts only after you accept a quotation and pay the amount it asks for. Previews and the number of included revisions follow the quotation. The finished artwork is made by hand and may differ from previews, references and AI concepts.

AI concepts

AI visualiser images are AI-generated concepts to help you explore an idea. They are not the final artwork, may contain mistakes, and are limited by daily and monthly allowances. Your commissioned artwork is individually created by an artist.

Ready-made artwork

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and confirmed at checkout. Originals are one of a kind: an original in another customer’s bag can sell first. Payments are verified by our payment partner before an order is confirmed. Delivery and returns follow the details shown with your order.

Exclusive Membership

Exclusive Membership is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. It renews at the price shown unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Members can view the Exclusive Collection on this website with the same account.

Your uploads

Upload only images you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit material. We may decline a request or remove content that breaks these terms.

Artwork rights

Unless your quotation says otherwise, a commissioned or purchased artwork is for your personal use; the artist and INK keep the copyright, and we never show your private commission publicly without your permission.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings on the website or in Profile in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
