What we collect

Your name, email and optional phone number; delivery addresses; your orders, payments and custom requests with the reference photos you add; the ideas you type into the AI visualiser and the concepts it makes; your membership status; whether you confirmed you are 18 or over (never your date of birth); and, if you allow notifications in the app, a device token.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to make and deliver artwork, process payments, answer your messages, send the notifications you asked for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, show ads or track you across other apps and websites.

Who else sees it

Our team, to handle your requests and orders. An artist assigned to your commission sees only the brief and the images needed for it, never your contact details or payments. Payments are processed by our payment partner and subscriptions by Apple; AI concepts are generated by our AI provider from your text and images. Each processes data only to provide that service.

If you choose Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address and write to you only through it.

Cookies and storage on this website

The website keeps only what it needs to work in your browser’s storage: your sign-in session, your bag and the idea you are typing. There are no advertising or analytics cookies and nothing that tracks you across other websites, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Notifications

Notifications never show private artwork or members-only content on your lock screen; open the app to see the details.

Keeping and deleting

Your data is kept while you have an account. Delete your account in your account settings on the website or in Profile in the app to remove your profile, requests, photos, concepts and saved items. Order and payment records are kept, without your name or email, where the law requires us to keep accounts.
